The Niagara Falls Water Board now offers online bill pay through Bank on Buffalo.

NOTE:  Payments made through the following link must be from traditional “paper check” checking accounts.  This system presently cannot successfully process payments with account information from:

• “Checkless” checking accounts
• PayPal
• Venmo
• CashApp
• Or any other electronic payment wallet

Attempted payments not made using account and routing numbers from a traditional checking account will not be credited to your water/sewer account, which may result in late penalties.  Your financial institution also may charge a returned check fee or other fees for the payment attempt.

WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT:  Press only once to submit payment.  Pressing multiple times will result in multiple payments being withdrawn from your account.
