Please note that Tyler Technologies charges a service fee of 3.95%, minimum of $2.50, for credit card payments through the portal and a flat fee of $0.95 for electronic check (eCheck) payments.
Payment via telephone is available 24/7 through Tyler Technologies Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Tyler Technologies charges $0.50 per transaction for IVR payments plus the fees described above for online bill payments. Dial (833) 388-4650 to pay by phone.
The City of Niagara Falls Billing and Collection Department accepts in-person payments, including cash payments, on behalf of the Niagara Falls Water Board. Billing and Collection is located at Niagara Falls City Hall, 745 Main Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed holidays.
The Bank on Buffalo branch located at 7121 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls, NY 14304 also accepts in-person payment (check or cash only) of NFWB bills. You must have a copy of your bill with you in order to make a payment at Bank on Buffalo.
Please note, no payments are accepted at the NFWB’s offices.

A $35.00 fee applies for credit card chargebacks, returned checks, and eCheck returns, including for Not Sufficient Funds (NSF), Stop Payment, Closed Account, etc. The fee is added to the account balance and due immediately.
